The brief

An interior-design startup needed a multi-sided platform where homeowners discover ideas, collaborate with professionals, and move from inspiration to purchase.

Our approach

We defined the homeowner, design-professional, and vendor roles first, then planned the permissions, content loops, collaboration tools, and marketplace journeys around how value moves between them. Search, social discovery, chat, reels, and live sessions work as one product system rather than separate features.

The result

A connected product that carries users from inspiration and professional collaboration through to marketplace action.
